The company is currently developing 17 plots in Shamal El Rehab, New Cairo, across neighborhoods D, E, F, H, I, L and M, under the area's standard building code: ground floor plus three, at two apartments per floor. Units on offer range from 118 to 210 sqm, at EGP 16,900 to 30,000 per sqm depending on neighborhood and floor, on a common payment plan of 30% down with instalments running up to four years.
